Description
Embossing:
- Blind embossing is where letters are hot stamped into the surface of the leather and will appear without colour.
- The personalisation is usually added by the lip of the lid or in the corner or middle of a flat item.
- Please allow 2 days in addition to the delivery service you require for items that are personalised.
- Once an item is personalised the order cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund or exchange.
Delivery prices quoted are for UK Mainland only. For deliveries outside UK Mainland please email info@purelana.com so we can calculate the delivery charge.
Large/heavier items such as Leather Storage (non-personalised) will be sent on a 48 hour trackable service. Some may require a signature. We recommend including a your mobile telephone number for the courier to send updates on delivery progress. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for the personalisation (embossing service).
